By creating an account, accessing, or using Purple, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (which constitute an End User License Agreement, or "EULA") and our Privacy Policy. You may not use the service unless you agree to these terms.

User-generated content and conduct. Purple allows user-generated content. These Terms make it clear that we have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. By using Purple, you agree to this policy and to not post objectionable content or engage in abusive behavior. Violations will result in removal of content, suspension or termination of your account, and may be reported to law enforcement where appropriate.

Account Registration and Security
Summary: You must provide accurate information, protect your account credentials, and notify us of any unauthorized use.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

User Conduct
Summary: Purple has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to post harmful or objectionable content, harass others, or use the service for illegal purposes. Violations may result in account suspension or termination and reporting to authorities.

No Tolerance for Objectionable Content or Abusive Users

Purple has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to: content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive. Abusive behavior includes harassment, bullying, threats, exploitation, impersonation, and any conduct that harms or endangers others. We reserve the right to remove such content, suspend or permanently terminate accounts, and report violations to law enforcement as appropriate. By using Purple, you agree to comply with this policy.

You agree not to:

  • Post or share unlawful, harmful, misleading, objectionable, or abusive content.
  • Harass, threaten, bully, or exploit other users.
  • Use the service for fraud, scams, or unauthorized commercial purposes.

Violation may result in removal of content, suspension or termination of your account, and reporting to law enforcement where appropriate.

Content Ownership and License
Summary: You retain ownership of your content but grant Purple a license to use it for operating the service. You can delete your content at any time.
  • You retain ownership of the content you create and share on Purple.
  • By posting, you grant Purple a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, host, display, and distribute your content solely for operating and improving the service.
  • You may delete your content at any time. Copies may remain temporarily in backups or caches.

Payments and Ticketing
Summary: Payments are processed securely through an authorized third party service provider. Purple charges a platform fee, and hosts receive payouts directly. App store purchases follow their respective policies.
  • Paid events and ticket purchases are processed securely through an authorized third party service provider.
  • Purple charges a platform service fee on each transaction.
  • Payouts to Hosts are handled directly by our authorized third party service provider in accordance with its terms.
  • Purchases made through Apple's App Store or Google Play are subject to their respective payment and refund policies.

Data Access and Moderation
Summary: Purple may access user data only for safety, technical issues, or legal compliance. All access is restricted, logged, and reviewed.

Purple may access or review user data only in limited circumstances:

  • To investigate or prevent harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
  • To resolve technical issues and ensure service reliability.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

All such access is restricted to authorized staff, logged, and reviewed.
